On the open question, I'd name the level first and the invalidation second. For Ether today, I'd look at whether the prior swing high near the recent range holds as resistance on the daily close, and what would make the uptrend structure break: a lower swing low forming below the last one. Would you say a daily close or an intraday break is the cleaner signal for you? Also, the reference figures in the post are delayed or end-of-day, so anything read off them should be rechecked against a live chart first.
